Blaustein Philanthropic Group

I worked with The Berndt Group to create a logo and coordinated stationary system for The Blaustein Philanthropic Group and its charitable foundations. The foundations have roots in Jewish tradition, with concern for social justice and equality of opportunity. The group wanted a set of pieces that help to unify the foundations under the Blaustein Philanthropic Group brand, while keeping a simple and elegant overall look that blends well with their website and other branded materials.

At the time, this was the group's website presence, which played a role in design decisions.

The typography I chose for the project, detailed above, drew inspiration from existing pieces and paid a subtle tribute to their cause.

I like as many references as possible to inform my design decisions, especially when the brand is not going through a revolution, but an evolution. Frequently-seen signage and other pieces of the brand experience are important to consider.
